Job summary
Halliburton’s Artificial Lift Product Service Line seeks a Principal Reliability Engineer to advance reliability across ESP and gas lift platforms. You will lead design risk management, develop reliability models and test programs, and mentor teams to embed reliability principles through concept, qualification, and field deployment.
You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations to drive data-driven decisions, monitor KPIs, and enhance run life and production
Qualifications
- Undergraduate engineering degree required.
- Experience with reliability engineering in ESPs, gas lift or rotating equipment preferred.
- Proficiency with FMEA/DFMEA, reliability modeling, Weibull analysis, risk assessments and test program development.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support design risk management activities including FMEA, DFMEA, PFMEA and reliability assessments.
- Develop reliability models, specifications and test programs for Artificial Lift systems.
- Conduct statistical analysis, results interpretation and failure analysis to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Define and implement RCM programs and maintenance optimization strategies for Artificial Lift equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality and operations to embed reliability requirements into designs and processes.
