Job summary

Star Source Consulting is seeking an IIoT Engineer to improve and deliver software applications for industrial communications and data collection. You will analyze, design, code, test, and maintain Digital Manufacturing software, supporting clients at their sites with technology integrations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, with over 2 years of software development experience in a manufacturing environment. The position offers a dynamic team environment and comprehensive benefits like paid holidays, vacation days, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in developing software products, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with MTConnect and knowledge of MTConnect standards.
• General knowledge of CNC and PLC machine tools and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, code, test, and maintain Digital Manufacturing software.
• Develop MTConnect Adapters that interface with CNCs, sensors, databases.
• Install and deploy products in the field.
