Job summary

Diligent Delivery Systems is seeking an Independent Contractor Administrator to support onboarding and compliance for independent contractors, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and communication with drivers and contractors throughout onboarding.

The position is office-based and fast-paced, coordinating with Operations, Recruiting, and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative, customer service, or data entry experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and PDF editing software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Independent Contractors with onboarding paperwork and required forms.
• Review contracts and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with ICs through phone, email, text, Adobe Sign, PandDoc, and other online platforms.
• Upload, organize, and digitize paper files into electronic records.
• Maintain accurate contractor records and data entry within company systems.
• Respond to contractor questions regarding onboarding requirements and documentation.
• Work closely with Operations, Recruiting, and Compliance teams to ensure timely processing.
• Support general administrative and customer service functions as needed.

Diligent Delivery Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Independent Contractor Administrator to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting our Independent Contractor (IC) onboarding and compliance process by ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

This is a fast-paced, team-oriented office position ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, problem-solving, and communicating with drivers and contractors throughout the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Independent Contractors with completing onboarding paperwork and required forms
• Review contracts and documents for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with ICs through phone, email, text, Adobe Sign, PandDoc, and other online platforms
• Upload, organize, and digitize paper files into electronic records
• Maintain accurate contractor records and data entry within company systems
• Respond to contractor questions regarding onboarding requirements and documentation
• Work closely with Operations, Recruiting, and Compliance teams to ensure timely processing
