National Youth Advocate Program seeks an in-home advocate to partner with youth and families, delivering supportive services, transportation, parenting education, counseling, and resource referrals. You will collaborate with foster parents and community partners to help youth live safely and succeed in the community.
Responsibilities include traveling to engagements, documenting work, coordinating across mental health, medical, educational, and social supports, and participating in CQI
Under the general supervision of the Clinical Supervisor or designee, this position works to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families served. This position works closely with youth, family, foster parents, and community partners, providing advocacy and support toward the ultimate goal of living safely and successfully in the community.
