Job summary

Clifford Beers Community Care Center (CBCCC) seeks an IICAPS Program Manager to provide clinical, administrative, and operational leadership for the Intensive In-Home Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services program serving ages 8–17 and their families.

This role supervises multidisciplinary staff, oversees model fidelity, documentation, billing readiness, crisis response, and quality improvement while collaborating with schools, healthcare providers, and community partners to deliver safe,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or closely related mental health discipline.
• Licensure: Connecticut independent clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PhD/PsyD) required.
• Experience with intensive home-based and community-based services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, administrative, and operational leadership for the IICAPS program and align with agency priorities and laws.
• Supervise Clinicians and staff through regular supervision, coaching, and professional development.
• Lead IICAPS rounds, case reviews, and ensure high-quality family-centered care.
• Coordinate care across homes, schools, healthcare, and community settings and ensure billing readiness.
