Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a relevant field is required.
• CT independent clinical license is required.
• Minimum five years of post-licensure behavioral health experience with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, administrative, and operational leadership for the IICAPS program.
• Supervise clinicians, support staff, and other team members through supervision and coaching.
• Lead weekly IICAPS rounds, case reviews, and ensure model fidelity and outcomes.
• Deliver services in clients' homes, schools, hospitals, and community settings.
