Job summary

Clifford Beers Community Care Center in Connecticut seeks a full-time IICAPS Mental Health Support Staff to deliver intensive home-, school-, and community-based behavioral health support to children and adolescents aged 8–17 and their families.

You will work under the clinical direction of the IICAPS Clinician, helping families implement treatment goals, strengthen coping and emotional regulation, and coordinate with schools and community partners for coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, adolescents, or families with behavioral health needs.
• Experience in home-, school-, or community-based service delivery preferred.
• Experience collaborating with schools and community partners preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and family-centered practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive home-, school-, and community-based behavioral health support to 8–17-year-olds and families.
• Support emotion regulation, coping, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Assist families with implementing treatment and safety plans under clinical direction.
• Maintain documentation in CBCCC and Yale IICAPS EHR and participate in meetings and supervision.
