Qualifications

• Licensed mental health clinician with a Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of post-licensure clinical experience with infants to 5-year-olds and families.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary clinical teams and overseeing program operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Child First program, aligning with organizational goals and payer requirements.
• Supervise and mentor clinicians, care coordinators, and clinical team members through reflective supervision and coaching.
• Monitor staffing, productivity, documentation, and billing activity to ensure high-quality, compliant services.
• Oversee clinical documentation quality, chart audits, and billing workflows to support timely reimbursement.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and foster collaboration with partners and leadership.
