Job summary

Cadence Care Network in Toledo, Ohio is seeking an IHBT Therapist to deliver Intensive Home-Based Treatment for children and families. The role integrates CPST, TBS, mental health assessments, crisis response, and individual service planning to prevent out-of-home placement and support transitions home.

Candidates should hold a master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field and be licensed in Ohio (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC). A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, or MFT is required.
• Licensed by the State of Ohio as LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
• Valid driver license with vehicle provided for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• Provide IHBT for child/adolescent and family, integrating CPST and TBS.
• Conduct mental health assessments and crisis response.
• Deliver individual service plans and counseling/therapy services.
• Support family stabilization and transition back home.

Cadence Care Network has an immediate opening for an IHBT Therapist to provide Intensive home-based treatment (IHBT) for child/adolescent and family that integrates community psychiatric supportive treatment (CPST) service, Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS), mental health assessment, mental health crisis response, individual service plan delivery, behavioral health counseling and therapy service, and social services with the goal of either preventing out-of-home placement or facilitating a successful transition back to home.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Licensed by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
• Valid Driver License, Auto Insurance and the provision of a vehicle for work purposes.
