Job summary

Trinity Consultants’ Life Sciences division seeks a Controls Engineer with 5–7 years of manufacturing automation experience, focusing on Ignition SCADA, OT/IT integration, and regulatory-compliant systems in pharma/biotech environments.

You will work with SMEs on projects spanning engineering, validation, and factory automation, including PLC/SCADA/MES/LIMS interfaces, and support cGMP compliance.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 7-12+ years delivering industrial automation solutions.
• Ignition Certification.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on Ignition development experience.
• Minimum 3 years GMP pharma/biotech manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop features in Ignition SCADA system and integrate with other systems.
• Create validation test scripts and necessary documentation.
• Collaborate in project teams and provide SME input.
• Travel to client sites for installation and on-site testing.
