Qualifications

• 8+ years leading manufacturing IT or digital manufacturing deployments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Assess site manufacturing archetype and validate alignment with MES-Lite deployment.
• Ensure operational readiness and EOS maturity; escalate gaps as needed.
• Define and prioritize initial value stream for deployment; avoid plant-wide scope at launch.
• Secure a designated Business Site Lead as the single accountable owner.
• Own engagement governance, delivery oversight, and financial performance.
• Lead go-live activities, training, and post-launch stabilization.
