Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading manufacturing IT or digital manufacturing deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MES‑Lite deployment and adoption at Eaton growth sites.
• Oversee engagement governance, delivery execution, financial performance, and value realization.
• Coordinate with Product, Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and Engineering resources.
