Job summary

Grifols in Clayton, NC is seeking an IGIV-C Technician to support plasma processing in a GMP setting. You will clean and maintain the workspace, assemble and disassemble equipment, and assist with process control manipulations while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and involves 12-hour rotating shifts with responsibilities across Zone 1/2 processing and purification activities. Forklift operation and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to perform data entry and documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Performs general housekeeping in a GMP setting.
• Prepares solutions and cleans/ sanitizes production areas and equipment.
• Assembles/disassembles production equipment and operates basic production equipment.
• Operates forklift safely and maintains logs during production.
• Monitors processes using DCS and records real-time data.
• Performs integrity tests on sterile filters.
