Grifols in Clayton, NC seeks a 12-hour night-shift technician to join our manufacturing team. You will work with biology/chemistry processes, operate CIP and control systems, and help ensure product quality and compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma (Bioworks certificate preferred), problem-solving, and flexibility to rotate shifts. Training provided; safety and regulatory standards are emphasized.

Formación

• Knowledge of safety guidelines and SOPs.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and relevant safety regs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
• Comfortable using different computer systems for data entry.
• Willingness to learn from team members.
• Desire to expand skills and knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Follow company safety guidelines and programs.
• Demonstrate proper care of facility, equipment, systems and product.
• Follow SOPs and complete batch records (BPRs).
• Maintain records per cGMP standards.
• Operate manufacturing process control systems and equipment.
• Operate CIP equipment.
• Perform in-process analytical analysis.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and assist sampling operations.
• Assist in harvest of intermediate products and in preparation of buffers/solutions.
• Transfer materials and stage plasma and raw materials.
• Clean and sanitize designated areas.
• Use SAP and/or ACSIS transactions.
• Support supply chain requirements for production.
• Assist team members and supervision with tasks.
• Maintain ethical and compliant manufacturing of drug products.
• Execute commissioning and validation activities for new building.
