Grifols, S.A. in Clayton, NC is seeking IGIV-C Technicians for a 12-hour rotating shift to support IgG isolation from plasma intermediates in a GMP environment. You will clean, assemble/disassemble equipment, operate production systems, and maintain production logs according to SOPs.

The role includes buffer prep, zone 1/2 processing, and testing sterile bulks with DCS/Unicorn controls. Physical stamina, teamwork, and strict safety practices are essential for success.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work rotating shifts.

Mansioni

• Performs general housekeeping in a GMP environment.
• Assists in preparation of solutions and dispensing cleaning reagents.
• Assembles/disassembles production equipment and operates equipment (filters, vessels, skids, columns).
• Operates forklift safely.
• Monitors and controls processes using the DCS.
• Performs integrity tests on sterile filters.
• Buffer preparation and zone 1/2 processing tasks including calibration and sampling.
• Assist in purification processing and column handling.
• Maintain logs and batch records as required.
