Job summary

Grifols, S.A. is seeking an IGIV-C Technician to join our GMP manufacturing team in Clayton, NC.

The role involves isolating IgG from plasma intermediates, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, assembling and disassembling equipment, and supporting process control under standard procedures. The Tech I/II positions require knowledge of equipment operation, safety, and documentation, with responsibilities spanning buffer prep, zone maintenance, and routine testing in a sterile production

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP environment preferred.
• Ability to operate production equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Strong math and computer skills; detail oriented and safe.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Isolate IgG from plasma intermediate paste and maintain GMP logs.
• Clean and maintain work area and equipment per SOPs.
• Prepare and dispense cleaning/sanitization reagents for production areas.
• Operate production equipment (filters, vessels, skids, columns) and monitor processes.
