Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s PGCB seeks an iGaming Compliance Representative in Harrisburg. This full-time role focuses on reviewing iGaming systems, patron concerns, and investigative findings to uphold fairness and accuracy across the state’s online gaming platforms.

You will monitor programs, assess updates, investigate issues, and support enforcement actions within the iGaming Unit. Telework may be available; compliance and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of security or surveillance experience, or equivalent combination.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Employment contingent upon Personal History Questionnaire and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• iGaming Analysis: Monitor, review, verify, and report on iGaming programs to ensure compliance.
• Change Evaluation: Assess updates to iGaming apps to validate operations.
• Patron Assistance: Investigate patron concerns and aid self-exclusions.
• Incident Reporting: Analyze facts and prepare investigative reports.
• Enforcement Support: Coordinate corrective actions and refer actions to PGCB offices.
