The Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the planning, creation, and commercial activation of promotional marketing initiatives that support the commercial success of Light & Wonder’s iGaming content portfolio across North America.
Sitting at the intersection of North America Commercial Teams and Product Marketing, this role focuses on commercializing Light & Wonder’s games and studios by translating product strategy into operator‑ready promotional campaigns and go‑to‑market plans. Working closely with operator and internal commercial teams, the Commercial Marketing Manager supports game launches and ongoing initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement, and return play.
This role does not directly execute operator CRM campaigns or configure promotions, but instead acts as a strategic marketing partner - aligning teams, shaping promotional approaches, and ensuring effective hand‑off and delivery through the appropriate internal and operator execution teams.
Acting as the Product Marketing “eyes and ears” within commercial conversations, the role participates in operator meetings, identifies new promotional opportunities, and feeds customer insight back to Product Marketing and Studio teams, helping drive game visibility, engagement, and return on investment.
