Job summary

SDG Corporation seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional technology projects in the United States. You will supervise a geographically dispersed team, own end-to-end delivery, and drive customer satisfaction by aligning resources, processes, and metrics with client expectations.

You will leverage expertise in identity management tooling (Sailpoint, Siteminder, Okta, Saviynt) to guide architecture decisions, ensure scope clarity, and deliver on-time outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of experience in technology delivery leadership.
• Strong leadership to motivate and lead a team.
• Proven ability to cross-train team on multiple technologies.
• Very good technical knowledge in identity management (Sailpoint, Siteminder, Okta, Saviynt).
• Ability to translate requirements into deliverables with clear communication.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret information and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Establish delivery process and improve customer experience
• Leading a team of geographically dispersed resources to deliver technology projects on time and within budget for the domain and geography for which they have responsibility
• Maintaining end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence within specific service line or function and geographic responsibilities
• Work with their teams to determine necessary activities to successfully deliver projects throughout the given service line or function
• Ensure that the right type and number of resources that are required to fulfill the shift requirements
• Delivering customer satisfaction and overall excellence by identifying opportunities (or issues) and assisting with speedy resolution
• Holding the teams to the highest standards, project discipline and accountability
• Continuously improving the technical delivery model and strategy, implementing and managing delivery with the associated teams.
• Supervise Staff and handle their technical and non-technical queries
• Act as a bridge between client and team and identify all new requirements
• Expertise around Project Metrics and representation
• Lead Weekly and Monthly Status calls
• Manage Team performance reviews
• IGA business Analysis experience is required (Sailpoint,Okta, Saviynt)
