Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a detail-oriented Cybersecurity IGA Operations Analyst to support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) operations. This role will focus on executing, monitoring, and supporting user access certification campaigns within SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills and an interest in identity and access management. US citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum one year of consulting experience.
• Ability to follow documented processes and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ, ServiceNow, Active Directory, or similar tech.

Responsibilities

• Execute access certification campaigns using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Configure and launch certification campaigns per procedures.
• Monitor campaign progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist managers, owners, and reviewers with certification questions.
• Track completion metrics and identify overdue certifications.
• Generate certification reports and maintain audit documentation.
• Escalate issues and access review concerns to relevant teams.
• Validate user and application data before campaign launches.
• Document procedures and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with IAM, Security, Compliance, and Business teams to meet deadlines.
• Support audits and compliance activities related to access reviews.
