Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a Technical Lead for SailPoint Identity Governance within its consulting advisory practice. You will lead end-to-end migrations of enterprise apps to SailPoint ISC, designing secure configurations, workflows, and connectors.

The role requires 5+ years in IGA, SailPoint Cloud experience, and strong leadership with travel flexibility. You will mentor teammates and produce detailed design docs, ensuring alignment with SOX/NIST/ISO 27001 frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience with IGA solutions, including SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 10+ years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or GED.
• Proven expertise in onboarding, migration, and IAM security frameworks such as SOX, NIST, ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of AI tools and integrations, including non-human identities.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to mentor team members.
• Ability to travel as needed and authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration of enterprise applications onto SailPoint ISC platform, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Design and implement secure, scalable configurations, workflows, policies, and connectors to meet business and security needs.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting complex issues during migration and onboarding.
• Collaborate with application owners, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and operational guides.
• Uphold professional integrity and foster a respectful work environment.
