Job summary

SEW-EURODRIVE - USA is seeking a hands-on assembler for IG products in Lyman, SC. This onsite, first-shift role involves building gear motors and drives, inspecting parts, and maintaining stock between lines. A strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to read blueprints/electrical schematics.
• Stand and move continuously during shifts.
• Follow ISO quality and safety rules.
• Rotate across assembly shop tasks.

Responsibilities

• Hand assemble gear motors, reducers, and adjustable drives.
• Maintain parts stock between assembly lines.
• Use calipers, depth gauges, and gauges to inspect parts.
• Visually inspect work and perform rework as needed.
• Rotate to various jobs within Assembly Shop.
