Job summary
Vika Talent Solutions seeks an experienced ERP Systems Administrator / ERP Applications Analyst to support and optimize our enterprise ERP environment across the US and Europe. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for ERP users, providing technical support, managing system maintenance, coordinating with ERP vendors, and ensuring data integrity and system security.
The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of ERP experience, strong SQL, Oracle Database, and Microsoft SQL Server
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
- 5-15 years hands-on ERP/enterprise systems experience.
- Experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Supply Chain environments.
- Strong SQL, Oracle DB, and MS SQL Server skills.
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary ERP user contact across US and Europe.
- Manage ERP user access, security, and configurations.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors for issues and updates.
- Diagnose and resolve ERP issues to maintain operations.
- Gather business requirements and translate to ERP configurations.
- Support ERP processes in Finance, Manufacturing, SCM, Distribution.
- Identify ERP enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Maintain data accuracy, governance, and security.
- Develop system documentation and training materials.
