Job summary

Innovative Information Technologies, Inc. in San Diego, CA seeks an ERP System Manager to own and optimize the IFS ERP platform across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. You will lead projects, refine configurations, and develop targeted reporting to drive business value.

The role requires strong IFS technical knowledge, business-process expertise, and program-management discipline, with 4+ days/week at HQ and 100% onsite work expectations. International travel discussed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Five or more years of ERP administration, implementation, business analysis, or optimization experience.
• Direct functional or technical experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional ERP projects.
• Experience developing business reports, dashboards, queries, and data extracts.
• Strong understanding of ERP data structures, master data, configuration, workflow, and system controls.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and project-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with executives, functional leaders, end users, consultants, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP ownership and optimization for IFS across departments.
• Manage ERP projects from requirements through deployment and post-implementation support.
• Design and maintain operational and financial reporting within IFS and approved tools.
• Refine data structures, master data, and inputs for accuracy and consistency.
• Improve processes by mapping current and future workflows in IFS.
• Establish governance, security, and support processes for ERP stability.
