Job summary

Metro Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Helicopter Air Ambulance Pilot (IFR/PIC) for the Mercy Life Line program in St. Robert, Missouri. The Pilot-in-Command will be responsible for all phases and maintain the highest flight-safety standards while representing the company with clients and communities.

This full-time position features a 7-on/7-off, 12-hour shift pattern, travel for annual training, and the company note that visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Qualifications

• FAA Commercial Pilot Rotorcraft Certificate with Instrument Rating.
• Second Class Medical (First Class in some locations).
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for operation of assigned helicopter in all phases.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Maintain training schedule and be prepared for extra duty shifts.
• Attend required meetings and comply with regulations and procedures.
• Perform pre-flight inspections and confirm airworthiness.
