Metro Aviation, Inc. in Decorah, Iowa seeks a Helicopter Air Ambulance Pilot (IFR/PIC) for the EC145 helicopter under the Emplify Health program.

Emplified Health offers full benefits and a 7 on/7 off, 12‑hour shift schedule. Sign‑on and retention bonuses, housing, and a hardship stipend are available to eligible candidates. Must maintain the highest flight safety standards and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• FAA Commercial Pilot Rotorcraft Certificate and Instrument Rating required.
• FAA 2nd Class Medical (1st Class at some locations)
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility and final authority for aircraft operation.
• Maintain professional communication with supervisor, clients, and team.
• Adhere to Metro Aviation manuals, regs, procedures, and safety rules.
• Perform pre‑flight inspections and ensure airworthiness of aircraft.
• Keep aircraft clean and well-maintained.
