Job summary

Metro Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Helicopter Air Ambulance Pilot (IFR/PIC) for the ECU Health program in Richlands, North Carolina. The pilot will be responsible for all phases of flight, maintain the highest safety standards, and communicate professionally with supervisors and customers.

The role requires PIC time and IFR proficiency in rotorcraft. Full-time position with a 7 on / 7 off schedule, 12-hour shifts, and eligibility for relocation and monetary bonuses.

Qualifications

• FAA Commercial Pilot Rotorcraft Certificate with Instrument rating.
• 2,000 hours total flight time and 1,200 helicopter hours as required by CAMTS/Regulatory
• Must maintain currency and operate IFR/PIC under ECU Health program

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for the operation of the assigned helicopter at all times
• Maintain high safety standards and professional interaction with customers and colleagues
• Adhere to Metro Aviation policies, regulations, and SOPs
• Perform pre-flight inspections and ensure aircraft airworthiness
• Maintain aircraft cleanliness and readiness for missions
• Occasional extra duty shifts and travel for annual training
