Job summary

North Lawndale College Prep seeks a dedicated Special Education Case Manager to oversee IEP development and implementation for students with disabilities in a school setting. You will coordinate services with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure compliant, individualized educational plans.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, maintaining records, and collaborating with staff to support students across settings, in line with IDEA and Section 504 regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Special Education or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in special education, case management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of IEPs for students with disabilities.
• Coordinate services with educators and related service providers.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor student progress.
