Job summary

The Learning Spectrum in District Services seeks an Intervention Specialist to design instruction aligned with each student’s IEP and support social and academic growth. You will work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, student-centered progress.

In this role, you’ll plan and deliver targeted lessons, conduct ongoing assessments, and maintain accurate documentation for compliance. A collaborative, growth-minded environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in special education or related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license or Alternative Residential Educators License.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing IEPs.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with families and school teams.
• Dedication to inclusive, student-centered instruction and behavioral support.
