Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive security experience in multinational or federal environments.
• Ability to develop and enforce technical security policies for classified spaces.
• Excellent problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels, including leadership and construction teams.
• Fast-paced work style with solid decision-making under pressure.
• Active SECRET clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of IDS and ACS for new secured spaces per ICD-705 and related specs.
• Perform site surveys, risk assessments, and create sensor drawings and wiring plans.
• Maintain technical standards, drawings, and BOMs for ICD-705 installations.
• Specify and manage hardware platforms like Lenel OnGuard, Genetec, DMP, Bosch.
• Coordinate with AO, CSSO, ISSM, and CTTA through commissioning and inspections.
• Drive cutover from integrator to Anduril operations with handover docs.
• Collaborate on semi-annual IDS test programs and record-keeping.
• Investigate false alarms and drive root cause resolution.
• Establish and run corrective and preventive maintenance programs.
• Develop SOPs for security system operations aligned to ICD-705.
• Hold integrators accountable for as-built quality and configuration.
