Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive security experience.
• Ability to develop and enforce technical security policies for classified environments.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.
• Existing active SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design of IDS and ACS for secured spaces and ensure compliance with ICD-705/IC Tech Spec.
• Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and gap analyses; produce sensor coverage drawings and related submittals.
• Author and maintain technical standards, drawings, and BOMs for ICD-705 installations.
• Coordinate with AO, CSSO, ISSM, and CTTA during commissioning and inspections.
• Drive cutover from integrator to Anduril’s operations team and maintain proper documentation.
• Collaborate on the semi-annual IDS test program and manage evidence collection and defect tracking.
• Investigate every false alarm and drive root cause resolution.
• Establish and operate a corrective and preventive maintenance program.
• Develop SOPs for technical security system operations and alarm responses.
