Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive security experience, preferably in multinational or federal environment.
• Ability to develop and enforce technical security policies for classified spaces.
• Excellent problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Active SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead IDS and ACS design for secured spaces per ICD-705/IC Tech Spec.
• Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and gap analyses for new and existing spaces.
• Create sensor drawings, riser diagrams, and BOMs for AO review.
• Develop and maintain technical standards and SOPs for security systems.
• Coordinate with AO, CSSO, ISSM, and CTTA through commissioning.
• Drive cutover from integrator to operations with proper handover.
• Oversee semi-annual IDS test program and incident investigations.
• Ensure as-built quality and complete documentation.
