Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a product security engineer to own security for assigned products and guide secure architectures across hardware and software. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, and assessment teams to identify weaknesses and implement robust security features for embedded and Linux systems.

The role requires strong security design understanding, clear communication, and eligibility for U.S. TS clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with programming languages (C/C++, Golang, Rust, Python).
• Experience assessing security of firmware, applications, network, IoT, or embedded systems.
• Experience developing security features for firmware, applications, network, or embedded systems.
• Experience building production-ready systems, especially for embedded and/or Linux.
• Familiarity with anti-tamper and reverse engineering mechanisms.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Understanding of why behind product and security design.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Owns the development and maturation of security features for Anduril’s products.
• Collaborates with engineering teams to meet security goals.
• Assess Anduril’s products to uncover weaknesses with security teams.
• Collaborates with manufacturing and operations to develop secure handling and processes.
• Remediate weaknesses in designs, implementations, integrations, and processes.
