Job summary

EY is seeking an Identity Verification Engineer to design and implement identity proofing workflows using 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID. You will configure document verification, biometrics, liveness detection, and integrate with Entra ID/Azure AD, IdRamp, CLEAR, and other IAM tools.

The role covers security, compliance, and API-based integrations across enterprise onboarding for employees, contractors, vendors, and privileged users, with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5+ years IAM experience.
• Hands-on with 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID implementations.
• Experience with identity proofing, passwordless auth, and biometrics.
• Experience with enterprise identity lifecycle management and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity proofing workflows and onboarding journeys.
• Configure 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID platforms and integrations.
• Integrate IAM with Entra ID, CLEAR, IdRamp, and other services.
• Support security, audit, and compliance activities for identity controls.
• Develop APIs and integrations for identity verification workflows.
