Job summary

EY is seeking an Identity Verification Engineer to design and implement identity proofing workflows using 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID. You will configure verification, biometrics, liveness, and passwordless strategies while integrating IAM platforms across Entra, AD, and third-party services.

Responsibilities include platform administration, API integrations, security/compliance, and supporting pilots to production rollouts in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in IAM with 2+ years on 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID.
• Experience delivering identity proofing, passwordless auth, and biometrics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity proofing workflows using 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID.
• Configure document verification, biometric authentication, and liveness detection.
• Integrate 1Kosmos with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and other IAM platforms.
• Develop and support API‑based identity verification and lifecycle integrations.
• Implement passwordless authentication strategies and support migrations.
• Ensure security/compliance and support audits and runbooks.
• Support POCs, pilots, production rollouts, and hypercare activities.
