The Cigna Group is seeking a Product Strategy Senior Advisor for Identity Strategy & Innovation to lead strategic direction, roadmaps, and innovative capabilities across identity modernization, secure access, and AI-enabled identity. You will align with Personalization and Customer 360 data foundations to deliver reusable identity services that power trusted digital experiences.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in Product Strategy/Management or related fields.
- Experience with identity capabilities (registration, login, MFA, passkeys, account recovery).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Advise senior leadership on identity platform strategy and modernization priorities.
- Develop identity roadmap and capability prioritization across authentication, access, provisioning, and fraud controls.
- Shape funding proposals and executive reporting for enterprise investment decisions.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and security to ensure scalable, enterprise-aligned solutions.
