Job summary

The Project/Program Manager – Identity Security leads important security initiatives focused on IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO, and MFA. You will plan, execute, and deliver programs aligned with security objectives and business goals.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, monitor risks, and report progress to leadership. A strong background in cybersecurity and identity lifecycle is required, with PMP/ Scrum preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Proven experience in project or program management, preferably within cybersecurity or identity security.
• Strong understanding of IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects or workstreams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or relevant identity security certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver identity security projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
• Coordinate with IAM, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, application, and business teams.
• Manage initiatives related to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and access lifecycle management.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and provide regular project status reports to leadership.
• Manage project resources, budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships as required.
• Ensure security, compliance, and audit requirements are addressed throughout project delivery.
• Drive process improvements, change management, and successful implementation of identity security solutions.
