Job summary

Colossus Technologies Group is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for Identity Governance. You will drive a large-scale migration from Saviynt to SailPoint ISC, manage onboarding of applications, and coordinate cross-functional teams including security, governance, compliance, and vendors.

Responsibilities include maintaining program plans, risk mitigation, escalation paths, and executive reporting. Proficiency in SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, ServiceNow, and strong MS Project skills are required.

Job description

We need someone who has personally led complex Identity Governance programs and understands the technology well enough to speak confidently about SailPoint, Saviynt, access certifications, provisioning/deprovisioning, application onboarding, connectors, IAM lifecycle processes, and regulatory requirements.

The Program

The organization is executing a large-scale transformation of its Identity Governance environment, including:

• Migration from Saviynt to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
• Expansion from access certifications into full end-to-end IGA
• Lifecycle-driven provisioning and deprovisioning
• Okta and Active Directory integrations
• ServiceNow-integrated access requests and workflows
• SOX-aligned access certifications
• Onboarding a large portfolio of enterprise applications
• Coordination across multiple identity, security, governance, compliance, and vendor teams

The TPM will serve as the connective tissue across the entire program, ensuring technical teams, application owners, vendors, and executive stakeholders remain aligned and accountable.

What You’ll Own

• Own the integrated program plan across IGA workstreams
• Manage application onboarding, platform migration, certification readiness, milestones, and dependencies
• Personally build and maintain detailed program plans using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools
• Coordinate the migration to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
• Manage the external SailPoint professional services relationship from the client side
• Track vendor hours and deliverables against SOW scope
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, and escalation paths
• Coordinate identity management and access-governance teams
• Drive application owners toward deadlines and required deliverables
• Coordinate ServiceNow intake, workflow transitions, and cross-team requests
• Maintain decision logs, communication plans, and program documentation
• Re‑sequence program plans when technical or business dependencies create blockers
• Drive accountability across teams without direct reporting authority

What We’re Looking For

Required experience:

• 5+ years of program management experience across Information Security, IAM, IGA, or enterprise technology
• Has implemented Sailpoint ISC
• Hands-on program experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, or comparable IGA platforms
• Strong SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience
• Experience with an IGA platform migration, ideally Saviynt to SailPoint
• Strong understanding of:
• Access certification campaigns
• Provisioning and deprovisioning
• Identity lifecycle management
• Application connectors
• Access governance
• SOX-scoped applications and controls
• Current, hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Project or equivalent
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivots, lookups, burn-downs, and program/status tracking
• Experience managing external vendors and professional services engagements
• Strong understanding of SOWs, deliverables, milestones, baselines, and time-and-materials engagements
• Experience operating within a regulated, audit-facing environment
• Strong executive communication and reporting skills
