Zusammenfassung

Kemper seeks an ISPM Specialist to enhance the organization's identity security posture across IAM/IGA, SaaS, and cloud environments. You will partner with IT, engineering, and compliance to drive remediation, governance, and audit readiness.

You will lead exposure management, risk prioritization, and remediation coordination, ensuring controls and evidence are in place for SOX/ITGC, with dashboards reporting to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in third-party cyber and data risk management.
• Experience with reviewing and negotiating cyber and data security contract language.
• Strong knowledge of cyber and data security and risk disciplines.
• Ability to coordinate remediation with system owners and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• 5+ years in identity security, IAM/IGA, or security risk management.

Aufgaben

• Identity posture monitoring and exposure management.
• Operate and mature ISPM capabilities across identity providers and SaaS.
• Identify and track identity security issues such as excessive privileges and dormant accounts.
• Maintain an Identity Exposure Register with severity, owner, remediation plan, and due dates.
• Produce audit-ready evidence for SOX/ITGC/GITC reliance and regulator exams.
• Build and maintain ISPM dashboards and KRIs.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate ISPM with ticketing/workflow tools (ServiceNow/Jira).
• Provide guidance to app and infrastructure teams on identity security best practices.
