Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification and authorization for personnel, visitors, vehicles, and vendors.
• Monitor entry and exit points, access control systems, and visitor logs; report suspicious activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents following established escalation and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
