Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Boston is seeking a Product Manager for the Platform Team to own identity platform strategy, authentication, authorization, and lifecycle systems across mobile and web, while guiding international expansion and multi-language support.

You will partner with security, engineering, finance, marketing, and growth to balance strong security with a smooth member experience and drive measurable improvements in login and data access worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management with impact delivering results.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with SQL/Amplitude/Sigma for data analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity.
• Experience working with security requirements in product deliveries.
• Experience with subscription products and multi-platform (mobile/web).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key company metrics related to member account security, login and access conversion rates.
• Set a product strategy, roadmap, and measurable goals for your product area and team.
• Manage end-user experiences, including login across mobile, web, and API.
• Balance security with user experience for a product worn and utilized daily across the globe.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Analysts to break down and prioritize user needs and define detailed requirements.
• Collect feedback through research and testing methodologies.
• Conduct analysis to formulate business cases and assess feature performance.
• Develop and manage relationships with third-party suppliers and services.
• Facilitate product discovery, development, and delivery for new products and improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business strategy and critical workflows.
