INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Principal Software Engineer for Identity Services in Beverly Hills, CA. This hybrid role focuses on setting technical direction for IAM tooling, advancing secure identity architectures, and mentoring a team of engineers across production-grade software.

You will lead architecture, drive PAM strategies, implement IaC, and collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, self-healing identity solutions for a 24x7 global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineers and delivering production-grade identity solutions.
• Strong background in secure software development for IAM tooling.
• Hands-on coding with Python or Go and architecture design.

Responsibilities

• Own IAM tooling architecture and roadmaps, with hands-on development.
• Lead and coach the Identity Services team; manage 1:1s and career growth.
• Design secure identity architectures, implement PAM and MFA patterns.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate identity platforms (Okta, AD, Adaxes) and IaC.
