Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a PAM Engineer for a hybrid role in Vienna, VA. The engineer will operate PAM technologies, lead security feature projects, and automate admin processes across Windows, UNIX, and mainframe environments.

You will design, configure and maintain PAM solutions, integrate with ServiceNow and SIEM, and contribute to the PAM strategy while communicating security requirements to stakeholders. This 6-month contract may extend based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
• Industry certifications in cyber security or identity security.
• 5–7+ years administering PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust or Delinea).
• Experience with SAFe, Scrum or Kanban in large IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management vendors and integrations.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, PKI, and RSA-based services.
• Ability to automate with PowerShell and Bash.

Responsibilities

• Operate PAM technologies: accounts management, secrets management, patching.
• Lead projects to deliver new security features or updates.
• Automate admin processes and integrate with external services.
• Contribute to PAM security strategy and service delivery.
• Design, configure, and maintain PAM for AIX, RHEL, Windows, and Mainframe.
• Integrate PAM with ServiceNow, IGA, SIEM, and other systems.
• Provide security consultation on internal projects focusing on data and identity security.
• Create and maintain PAM documentation, inventories and diagrams.
• Monitor capacity and performance of PAM infrastructure.
• Provide leadership reports on security, usage and licensing.
• Rotational on-call support for production PAM systems.
