Job summary

Persona is seeking a Product Deployment Strategist to help customers translate complex identity and fraud challenges into effective solutions. You’ll work with account teams, Solutions Engineers, and cross-functional partners to support deployments and drive lasting value from our platform.

You will engage in customer engagements such as implementations and business reviews, translating goals into deployment plans and product recommendations while coordinating with technical partners.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in consulting, professional services, customer success, or equivalent roles.
• Curiosity to learn the ins and outs of a highly technical product.
• Desire to grow alongside industry leaders.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on deployments and value realization across major accounts.
• Translate customer goals into practical deployment plans and product recommendations.
• Support implementations, coordinate requirements and testing with partners.
• Use data to identify opportunities and tailor recommendations to client goals.
