Job summary

Sysco Resources Services, LLC is seeking an Associate Identity Lifecycle Management Manager to lead the delivery, support, and enhancement of the Identity Lifecycle Management platform and team. You will provide hands-on technical leadership across the full stack, driving priorities through design, advisory, and mentorship while ensuring scalable, secure IAM solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery ownership for Identity Lifecycle Management platform, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and IAM-related automations.
• Lead Agile development activities for SailPoint and connected identity services while establishing delivery mechanisms for Agile execution.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve dependencies, and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Act as a senior engineer by providing hands-on support and technical guidance for complex solutions.
• Partner with Operations, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, ServiceNow teams to define requirements and estimate effort, timelines, and costs.
• Ensure engineering, security, compliance, and IAM controls are incorporated into delivery activities.
• Guide teams toward realistic commitments by promoting inclusive estimation and planning.
• Lead technical solution design while adhering to enterprise standards, security requirements, IAM controls, and best practices.
• Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and delivery status to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain delivery timelines and project schedules for key initiatives.
• Ensure adequate team structure, environments, and resources to meet objectives.
• Demonstrate innovative problem-solving and proactive risk mitigation.
• Continuously adopt emerging technologies to improve platform capabilities and team effectiveness.
• Own end-to-end delivery of identity solutions, including SailPoint integrations and DevOps processes.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Resolve escalated production and delivery issues and provide leadership during incidents.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and adjust plans as needed.
• Set objectives, priorities, and delegate responsibilities across teams.
• Ensure projects align with strategy and technology roadmaps.
• Serve as accountable owner for a portfolio of identity products and metrics.
• Communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and present technical recommendations.
