Job summary

Toyota Financial Services in Plano, TX seeks an experienced Lead Identity and Access Management Operations Engineer to join its Information Security team. You will be a SME in SailPoint IIQ/ISC and CIAM platforms (ForgeRock, Okta, Auth0) and drive IAM operations while mentoring engineers.

You will lead incident response, define provisioning and lifecycle workflows, support audits, and align IAM with SOX, GDPR, and PCI-DSS requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Identity and Access Management with IIQ/ISC proficiency.
• Deep expertise in CIAM platforms (ForgeRock, Okta, Auth0).
• Experience with SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS compliance and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Operate and enhance SailPoint IIQ/ISC and CIAM platforms, including advanced troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior IAM engineers and collaborate across governance, incident response, and engineering teams.
• Lead IAM security incidents and drive remediation, provisioning policies, and lifecycle workflows.
