Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking an Identity Governance & Administration Lead in New York, NY (or Holmdel, NJ) for 3 days onsite. You will drive hands-on IAM/IGA across a complex, regulated environment, partnering with HR, legal, digital and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions.

Role requires 5+ years in IAM/IGA, lifecycle provisioning, access reviews, and regulatory awareness (NYDFS, MAR). The position is full-time with a salary range of $170,000–$185,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT/cybersecurity with IAM/IGA exposure.
• Hands-on with lifecycle management, provisioning, access certifications.
• Experience integrating IAM with SailPoint, CyberArk, OKTA, etc.
• Strong identity security principles and least privilege concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve identity governance capabilities and controls.
• IGA/IAM enterprise control monitoring, reporting, analytics, and docs.
• Collaborate with AI/Digital & Technology teams to meet client needs.
• Design scalable provisioning/deprovisioning across enterprise systems.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical designs.
• Integrate IAM/IGA with SailPoint, CyberArk, OKTA and other tools.
• Drive security, scalability, and audit readiness aligned with regulations.
