Job summary

Guardian is seeking an Identity Governance & Administration Lead with hands-on experience in access governance, lifecycle management, and provisioning across a complex, regulated environment. The role involves coordinating with IAM teams on automation and AI initiatives, gathering requirements, and delivering secure, scalable identity solutions.

You will partner with HR, legal, digital and technology, cybersecurity, compliance, and vendor teams to implement governance models that meet business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity
• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of identity governance capabilities.
• IGA/IAM Enterprise control monitoring.
• Reporting, advanced analytics, documentation, and presentations.
• Partner with AI Business and Digital and Technology teams to meet non-human identity requirements.
• Design and implement scalable provisioning and deprovisioning solutions across enterprise systems and applications.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical designs and governance models.
• Integrate IAM/IGA solutions with SailPoint, CyberArk, OKTA, and other systems.
• Evaluate current identity governance landscape and drive improvements in security and user experience.
• Establish governance processes aligned with regulatory and audit requirements (e.g., NYDFS, MAR).
• Develop documentation, standards, and runbooks for consistency and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance teams to align controls with security strategy.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IAM and identity governance.
