Job summary

Hasbro, Inc. in Renton, WA seeks a hands-on Systems Engineer for Collaboration & Identity Services to design, implement and support enterprise identity, messaging, and cloud services.

As the technical expert for Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online/Server, and Teams, you will ensure secure, reliable, and scalable services with PowerShell automation and hybrid cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Exchange Server, and Microsoft Teams.
• PowerShell automation and identity management experience.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and support enterprise identity, messaging, collaboration, and cloud services.
• Administer and support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity lifecycle management.
• Manage Exchange Server/Exchange Online mail flow, security, and mail routing.
• Support Teams Phone, voice infrastructure, and collaboration devices.
• Ensure compliance, licensing, and security controls; implement conditional access and MFA.
