Job summary

Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast are seeking a Systems Engineer for the Collaboration & Identity Services space. You will design, implement, and support enterprise identity, messaging, and cloud services, serving as a technical expert for Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, and Teams.

You will balance operational support with automation, security, and continuous improvement to keep collaboration services available and secure for the global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise Active Directory environments, including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, certificate services.
• Manage account provisioning, access governance, service accounts, security groups, and automation solutions.
• Support hybrid identity services, directory synchronization, and single sign-on solutions.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related platforms.
• Manage compliance, eDiscovery, licensing, and security controls.
• Implement and support Conditional Access, MFA, identity protection, and Privileged Identity Management.
• Configure and maintain enterprise applications, cloud identity integrations, and security policies.
• Assist with cloud governance, cost management, and operational support.
• Administer Exchange Server and Exchange Online, including mail flow and security.
• Manage Teams Phone services, voice infrastructure, call queues, auto attendants, and devices.

What You'll Do:

Position Summary

The Systems Engineer sits in our Collaboration & Identity Services space, and is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and support of enterprise identity, messaging, collaboration, and cloud services. This role serves as a technical expert for Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, and Microsoft Teams, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable services that support business operations globally.

Key Responsibilities

Identity & Infrastructure

• Administer and support enterprise Active Directory environments, including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, certificate services, and identity lifecycle management.
• Manage account provisioning, access governance, service accounts, security groups, and automation solutions.
• Support hybrid identity services, directory synchronization, and single sign-on solutions.

Microsoft 365 & Collaboration

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related productivity platforms.
• Manage compliance, eDiscovery, licensing, and security controls.

Azure & Security

• Implement and support Conditional Access, MFA, identity protection, and Privileged Identity Management.
• Configure and maintain enterprise applications, cloud identity integrations, and security policies.
• Assist with cloud governance, cost management, and operational support.

Messaging & Unified Communications

• Administer Exchange Server and Exchange Online environments, including mail flow, security, and mail routing.
• Manage Teams Phone services, voice infrastructure, call queues, auto attendants, and collaboration devices.
• Support email security technologies including DMARC, DKIM, TLS, and anti-phishing controls.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft technologies.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Active Directory and Entra ID
• Microsoft 365
• Azure
• Exchange Online and Exchange Server
• Microsoft Teams
• PowerShell automation
• Experience with identity management, security controls, and hybrid cloud environments.

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft certifications related to Azure, Microsoft 365, Identity, or Messaging.
• Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Teams Voice, Power BI administration, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will be a hands-on engineer who can balance operational support, automation, security, and continuous improvement while maintaining highly available and secure collaboration and identity services across the enterprise.

Pay Range

$87,200 — $130,900 USD
